This is our third brand new car in the last 5 that we have purchased from Gerry Wood Kia. We always receive great service but this time Heidi Franks and Rob went above and beyond get me into a vehicle th have purchased from Gerry Wood Kia. We always receive great service but this time Heidi Franks and Rob went above and beyond get me into a vehicle that I could actually get in and out of without hurting myself, considering we just got the Optima last year. I had no life with the optima because it was so hard to get in and out of with having Parkinson's. I feel like they gave me a new lease on life by actually putting me in my new Kia Sportage!! I can never thank Heidi, Rob and Gerry Wood enough for the excellent service, ease of purchase and the little time it all took to get us back home!!
