Reginal Johnson is the absolute best person you can deal with when it comes to buying a car. I personally saw with my own eyes how hard he works to make sure his customers are taken care of. It's sad but tr with when it comes to buying a car. I personally saw with my own eyes how hard he works to make sure his customers are taken care of. It's sad but true that he sold us our cars, and went above and beyond to make sure they were cleaned before we took them home. I'm not sure about my car but I do know that with my son's car he took the time to clean it before he took it home. A salesman went out and got dirty and sweaty just to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Reginal Johnson, we just want to say Thank you for all that you do to make sure your customers are happy. God will continue to bless you because you don't make it all about you but about us. The sales manager do not honor true car $ 200. Certificate even when Kia Sedona was listed under USAA Special Program . Also tried do a bait and switch pretending a use kia financial at a higher r Certificate even when Kia Sedona was listed under USAA Special Program . Also tried do a bait and switch pretending a use kia financial at a higher rate to do more money with me . Also add a Silver appearance package to break even I think so .I report it to USAA there shouldn’t accept this dealership way of business. The only good was dealing with Jerry Rodriguez,my sales person which tried hard to satisfied my part but again the Manager do not comply with the USAA special program and True car 200 dollars discount offer as advertised . I do not recommend this dealership. The do not hold their word at all . Thanks More
