It was a very stressful week for us, having one parent in the hospital in Charlotte and one in Salisbury and going back and forth in a borrowed car because ours broke down on the road coming from Charlotte so we needed TLC and we got it from Bonnie Cress. She worked diligently to get us the car and price we needed and answered every question we had patiently and thoroughly. Bonnie showed us all the features on our Optima and made sure we knew we can call her anytime to learn more about them. Carl in the finance office was equally as helpful and easy to work with. We drove away in our new Optima LX, our very first brand new car, feeling completely satisfied. We would definitely recommend Gerry Wood Kia and Bonnie Cress to our friends. More
