Excellent experience! I went in to shop for a new Kia Soul. I bought one when they first came out in 2010 and loved it. I then bought a Honda Accord as my next vehicle. When I arrived Eric treated me showed me over to the souls which happened to be beside the new niros. In the end I ended up driving away in a niro. I love the car and the service was excellent. More
AMAZING AMAZING AND AMAZING 😉 I always despised going to a car dealership just for the fact that they were only there to serve you for a sale or to get their quota for the day . M I always despised going to a car dealership just for the fact that they were only there to serve you for a sale or to get their quota for the day . My husband and I have been looking for an SUV for several years and we decided to go to Kia from word-of-mouth about the awesome service. Now I've been told this before you go there you get good service but every time I went to a car dealership no matter where always got bad service and they highly pissed me off because they always try to shove a sale down my throat and try to get me a car to buy that I didn't want. So with an open mind I want to Kia and a sales person named Jimmy Yelding came up to me. I had told him I picked out a car I want him to run the numbers and I want him to see what he can do from my husband and I. At the time it was my sister and I and he never once never once told me I can't do that sorry this is too high for you you're not doing the budget when there was a problem he said hey let's work around it I'll figure something out for you. I cannot say how thankful and grateful I am for Jimmy Yelding's service he did an awesome job with me. I'm a very highly picky woman and when it comes down to what I want I get it in the car that Jimmy gave me the car of my dreams not knowing at the time how madly in love I will fall in love with this car that he got for me. I am grateful that I kept an open mind that day and went to Kia. I will forever be in debt it to Jimmy in the Kia family for helping my husband and I so greatly. I highly recommend Kia of Salisbury because they treat you like family not another person who's there to buy a car. And that speaks volumes thank y'all so much for everything you have done for my husband and I.😃😀 More

No one pressured us to make a purchase that did not work for us. With a warranty that was so sweet was the icing on the cake we had to make the deal happen. Plus my wife really loved the car so it truly was a win win situation. I had spoke to Jimmy Yelland-sales about a year ago in reference to trading my vehicle. With his advice we made a great decision on the purchase of our vehicle so glad I thought to stop by the dealer and ask for Mr. Yelland! More

Would definitely recommend Gerry Wood Kia and Martin Bailey to anyone interested in buying a car. Also met Service Manager Luanne, she too was also as friendly and efficient, explaining all i needed to know concerning any future maintenance issues. Terrible and deceptive dealer Absolutely terrible customer service from Josh, the sales manager and Mike, one of their sales team. Corresponded with Josh over what we were offering Absolutely terrible customer service from Josh, the sales manager and Mike, one of their sales team. Corresponded with Josh over what we were offering as trade and expected price, via email. Drove 1.5hrs to the dealership, only to start negotiations from scratch despite having said emails. During negotiations, the price of the vehicle rose to the point that I was literally receiving nothing for my trade in. At this point, Josh and the sales team had my copy of my current registration in their sales tower. I let them know that I wanted the keys back to my car that I had wished to trade in and my copy of the registration back. My requests were repeatedly refused. This led to Josh shouting at me in the lobby as I refused to deal with him and the dealership's shady practices. It led to the manager finally coming out with the registration, and he did not want to hand it over without pitching another "deal" to me. Once it was finally back in my hand, I left immediately. This was the worst dealership I have ever worked with, and a complaint has been filed with Kia USA. It led to me no longer even wanting to purchase a Kia of any sort, and I purchased a Mazda instead with a dealership who was reasonable and did not try to cheat me the way that Gerry Wood did. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE More

They were amazing!!! I thought I might never be able to trade up from my older Chevy, and I had already been turned down. When my mom called Gerry Wood Kia and talked to I thought I might never be able to trade up from my older Chevy, and I had already been turned down. When my mom called Gerry Wood Kia and talked to Josh Kalowick he was so understanding and put us with a sales agent almost right away!!! We went to the dealership and met with Jimmy Yelland (the best guy in the universe) and he did everything he could for us. Honestly, it helped with my anxiety about the whole process and he told me it wasn't impossible to find something for us. Soon, he pulled up a new Kia Forte! Honestly, this place was amazing. He could have been magic since I was approved and signing within an hour!! I think Jimmy will be out family car's salesman from now on! More
