Not Just A Salesman So going to any dealership can be overwhelming for anyone,But a first time buyer with zero credit and tattoos i get looked over a lot. When I went to this dealership I expected the same,A man walked up to me,asked what I was interested in and I explained and he said lets see what we can do. The entire process took WEEKS of me bringing stuff in because of the hours I work and Brandon Cummings was their each time I brought something to add to my file,he showed me cars and if i didn't want that specific one he understood and didn't pressure me into a car I wouldn't be happy with.One night on the way home from work I get stranded in the middle of the road because my old car finally hit the hay on me so I call up Brandon and he came to pick me up and bring me to the dealership! I settle on a car and we drove it and it was better than I expected,we go through all the paperwork process I had to go home that night while because I had work in 3 hours or so and Brandon and the dealership let me use the car to get to work so i didn't lose my job and i came back the next day after work to finish the paperwork, and towards the end of it I had been waiting about 5hrs that day so I got the shuttle home and waited for my vehicle to be ready,I get a call from Brandon that he was going to bring the vehicle to me when he didn't have to! Lastly after the sale was made I needed to switch insurance companies while at work on my lunch break (15 mins) I ask Brandon if he could help me out as I was very busy,and he did! he took care of the phone call to them for me, The whole thing was more than i could imagine any company going through for a first time buyer and Brandon went above and beyond in his job,He is a professional,he is understanding,and overall he is a good person who will do anything in his power to help you,His parents raised him right. Brandon thank you for believing in me,and helping me! I highly recommend him to anyone. Honorable mentions!
