Great Experience I live in Washington DC but I travel a lot due to work. I was located in Georgia and happen to look on Gerry Wood Kia website and seen the Kia Soul I I live in Washington DC but I travel a lot due to work. I was located in Georgia and happen to look on Gerry Wood Kia website and seen the Kia Soul I wanted after Looking at four other Kia Dealerships. I called Gerry Wood Kia and was able to speak with Reginald Johnson and stated that he must place his hands on the Soul before moving forward out of respect for me he said. He took my number down and said he would be contacting me back in 2 minutes. Well once Reginald contacted me back he did everything to please me. He was so professional and was very smart. He gave me an outstanding out the door the door price that other dealerships wouldn't do. He was a fast and smooth talker and before I knew it, this guy had setup an appointment. I was lost there for a minute so I called him back and said you spoke to fast Mr.Johnson, but he was so good that I came all the way from Georgia the next day and bought from this smooth talker, but I made sure once I got there that he knew I wasn't easy nor a pushover . Go see Obie Dancy! I went to Gerry Wood Kia to get my car serviced and it turned out the dealership that I had bought my car from neglected to inform me of some very ser I went to Gerry Wood Kia to get my car serviced and it turned out the dealership that I had bought my car from neglected to inform me of some very serious issues. Chris Gurley in service was so nice and informative when going over the issues and costs with me. So instead of dropping a bunch of money into a car with almost 100k miles on it, Obie let me drive around a couple new ones until I was comfortable with making a decision. Between Obie and Josh, they spent about five hours answering questions and going over my options to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. And a huge thank you to Andrew for spending another 45 minutes explaining everything paperwork wise, not letting me leave without making sure I understood everything I was signing. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with any dealership. Obie even called me a couple days later to make sure I was still loving my new Kia Optima. I would highly recommend Gerry Wood Kia to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. They've definitely earned my continued business! More
