Great experience from start to finish! My wife had been considering trading in her 10-year-old Honda CR-V for something newer. We considered both new and used, but finally decided that - u My wife had been considering trading in her 10-year-old Honda CR-V for something newer. We considered both new and used, but finally decided that - unless something new blew our socks off - we'd probably go with "newer" used. Saturday afternoon we drove up to Salisbury from Concord to visit Gerry Wood Kia - she wanted to compare the Kia Optima to the Honda Accord. As someone who has been driving Honda for years, she was very inclined to stay with the brand. But she had an open mind, and the first step was figuring out what felt good. It doesn't matter how nice a car is if it doesn't feel "right", and you can't know that until you drive a few. When we got there, we met Obie Dancy within a few minutes and immediately hit it off. My wife drove a new Optima, and really liked it. But as luck would have it, there was a 2015 available that had plenty of bells and whistles, and was a known car to the dealership since one of the employees had owned it. We brought that car home tonight. Yes, the car was great. Yes, the price was right. Yes, the trade in for my wife's CR-V was more than fair. But what brought us back to the dealership when we finished looking 2 days later was the people. Everyone was pleasant and easy - very laid back and comfortable. But the best, without a doubt, was Obie. Personable, professional, easy going, extremely knowledgeable about his product. Obie made the process simple and painless. And although we don't purchase cars very often, Gerry Wood and Obie will be top of mind the next time we need new wheels! Thanks for a GREAT experience! More
