I came out with the perfect vehicle at a good price. The dealership is clean, orderly, and friendly. I was placed with Jimmy Yelland, a veteran auto salesman, and he seemed to understand exactly what I'd The dealership is clean, orderly, and friendly. I was placed with Jimmy Yelland, a veteran auto salesman, and he seemed to understand exactly what I'd want after just a few questions. He stated that his goal was to match me with the car I'd want, not convince me to buy a particular vehicle that the dealership might want to move, and he followed through on his commitment. The test drive absolutely sold the car itself, a KIA Niro hybrid which is an outstanding vehicle. My previous hybrid experience had been a rental Prius, which I liked a great deal, but within 3 miles of driving I knew that the Niro was way beyond the Toyota . When the time for negotiating price came I was treated very fairly and respectfully, and manager Mike Mokoff deserves special mention for making me comfortable with making a deal that I had not intended to make when I walked through the door, with no threats or take it or leave it style bargaining which I've experienced at times elsewhere. The dealership is a low stress environment with everyone acting in a positive manner, I am certain that many others have experiences similar to mine, I would give Gerry Wood my highest recommendation with no hesitation. I had the windshield fluid being empty, the back tires were worn and there is a chip/crack in the windshield. The salesman stated several times that nothing would be wrong. He was also supposed to get the veicle ready for me before I left. I came to the dealership on full tank of gas left with less then half a tank but I live over an hour a way, no sense in turning around after noticing the tank was at a quarter of a tank when I got home. I was at the dealership for six hours. I was told I would get a 25 dollar gas card for coming to their dealership and test drive a car. When I purchased the car I was told it would have a full tank of gas. If you go do no plan on it being as short visit. More
