No communication! Purchased my vehicle on May 29th, the A/C had to be repaired and the detailing done, which I totally understood. 2-1/2 weeks later I was told I could Purchased my vehicle on May 29th, the A/C had to be repaired and the detailing done, which I totally understood. 2-1/2 weeks later I was told I could come pick it up. (I only received 1 update during this time, even when texting and calling for updates). Picked it up on Thursday, didn't have it an hour and the tire/fender well fell completely off. Took it back the next morning, (too late that evening) Friday, and was told to take it to service to fix. Service said give them an hour or so. They did give me a loaner, which was good. But, no phone call or text with an update. I tried texting the number they give you when you take your car in, heard nothing. Assumed they had to order the part and it just hadn't come in, which is understandable these days. Texted again a day or two later, nothing, texted and called my salesperson, no update. This entire time I was giving the the benefit of the doubt that they were just waiting for a part. Wednesday I called the service dept and the advisor got on the phone to tell me that they were not going to be fixing my car!! They had my car for 5 more days and not a single word!! I am beyond frustrated at this point. The reason was they didn't feel they were responsible. Fine, but why did my car have to sit there for 5 days??? The lack of communication is what I am mostly upset about. They could have let me know that day that they were not going to fix the issue and I could have dealt with it and have it possibly be fixed by now or close at least. They were also supposed to fix a few scratches and chips in the paint for me, but that's not happening now either. So, here I am with my first payment due in 7 days (a good down payment) and I have only been able to drive my car for about 30 mins, if that!! Took it to two body shops and I guess I got my answer as to why they won't fix it...I have to get a new bumper and the tire/fender wheel with new trim! So now I'm looking at being without my car for at least another week or longer! Randy Marion didn't even offer to quote me a price to fix it! And what happened to that Dealer Warranty?? I will say that when I first purchased the car the salesperson was great and I thought this was going to be a very positive experience and be the dealership that I went too and sent people to, but this whole mess has changed my mind on that. Never again!! More
This dealership was by far the best in the area. Brody Thomas was incredibly helpful. We were in a bit of a time crunch due to having to return a rental per insurance. Brody was extremely communicative and left no stone unturned to find me a car! He went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable and confident with my new purchase. Once purchased the car, Brody sat in my new car and made sure I understood how to use all of the features and setup my Apple CarPlay, etc. My fiance and I are super appreciative for Brody's help and the support from everyone at Randy Marion. We will definitely be back when we are in need of another vehicle. Thank you Brody and Randy Marion Chevrolet for all you did to make this happen! More

This is my favorite Dealership in the area… I’ve purchased vehicles from Saturn and Toyota in Hickory in the past.. But when I bought my first Chevrolet Equinox I went to this specific dealer.. I w purchased vehicles from Saturn and Toyota in Hickory in the past.. But when I bought my first Chevrolet Equinox I went to this specific dealer.. I was just wanting a different experience from someone else.. I don’t think that any one was used to dealing with A woman purchasing her own vehicle. My ex husband was always around and the sales reps would be talking to him even though he wasn’t the spending.., That’s why I respect the way my sales Representative… He talks to Me and they respect the fact that I’m a loyal customer and I will keep coming to them and send business their way, all because of their business ethics. All of the Reps have been very friendly and helpful every time I call or visit the dealership… To say that they go above and beyond what is expected is actually what I will say, I have actually purchased now my 4th SUV from here and I’m over the moon satisfied with Randy Marion Cadillac in Mooresville,NC…. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to purchase a new/used vehicle… You won’t be disappointed.. More
