Poor customer service We love our Lincoln MKX and had a great experience when purchasing this vehicle. However, when we have been back for oil change service or other issu We love our Lincoln MKX and had a great experience when purchasing this vehicle. However, when we have been back for oil change service or other issues it seems the customer service goes way down once you have purchased the vehicle. We bought our vehicle new, but was used as a demo and had almost a thousand miles on it and were given "2 years of free oil changes" to compensate for the amount of miles on the new vehicle. Well, each time I have gone there for the oil change, it has been an ordeal and had to get manager involved because nothing ever is written down regarding this compensation package of free oil changes. Also, I was there a couple days ago for oil change/tire rotation and I waited for 2.5 hours for this to be done. I will for sure be purchasing another Lincoln vehicle (Navigator) in future, but will be shopping for a different experience next time. More

There customer service is worthless, so hear this 2016 Ford F-150 with 22,000 miles on it, in January, I have put 2000 miles on it, at 24,000 it broke down March 4th, the electrical system took a xxxx, it is still on factory warranty, but ford couldn’t help get a loaner vehicle for me, you have to get the extended warranty for $4,000. No happening it’s xxxx, they didn’t cover and hotel rooms when it broke down , but the last person that had the truck they did, it was a buy back, ford can buy back a vehicle for any reason, but this one was a lemon law vehicle, I didn’t know that till I got the title, they did say nothing about it but I signed a paper, didn’t know I needed a lawyer to buy a truck, in the end I thought I was safe easy fix with the warranty, xxxx no, it’s May 6th and all the Lawrence Hall Ford dealer in Anson Texas they can find the problem yet, 2 months of nothing I’ve called 20 plus times and they are dragging their feet, not capable of fixing the problem, it took them a month to get it to act up because I called the sons owner and he took it for a test drive, that was hard! I requested for them to buy it back, nope they want to fix it! xxxxxxxx they can’t, Ford needs to do something about this xx I lost all respect for everything Ford! They don’t care about their customers, I will never buy one again they are trash! Unless they will do something about it! Probably not I’m going Chevy or dodge next time! Thanks for selling me a xxx!
