Tim was great with the no-pressure salesmanship and the weekly updates on projected delivery date of our new Passport. The delivery presentation garage is not well lit, and the west bay is not roomy enough to do a thorough walk-around inspection. No one encouraged us to do a careful inspection there, either, but I would recommend every new car buyer insist on it before driving away. It's sad to think that one should have to do that with a Honda. More
