I was taken care of from end to end and it was a lot less painful than I imaged - having never leased a car before. I chose Randy Kuehl Honda simply because it was the closest Honda dealership that did not force you to pay for ~$4K of extra addons/services when buying a new car. He kept me in the loop with weekly updates on the production and delivery of my CRV hybrid. He was always easy to get ahold of via call or text and responded in a very timely manner. Pickup day went smoothly and quickly. No changes were made to the original agreed upon trade-in value of my previous car. Jeff made sure I was aware of the extra offered add ons and was respectful when I declined. He spent a lot of time showing me the features of my new car and helped me get all of the settings set-up to my preferences. He even offered to help me move my stuff from the old car to the new car. I would work with Jeff Moss again in the future. More
