Was told when we purchased the car that it get washed with oil changes. Car hadn’t been washed. Also when we picked it up the tire pressure light was on. When i got home i had to check the tire pressur with oil changes. Car hadn’t been washed. Also when we picked it up the tire pressure light was on. When i got home i had to check the tire pressure to make sure they were ok and then reset the tire pressure system. Also got a ride home after dropping off the vehicle for service and the gentleman that drove the van needs to slow down. More
Sold us a lemon. Car is only 2 years old and we have had it 6 months. It has been in the shop 4 times for the same problem. Last time it was in the shop for 2 months! Car is only 2 years old and we have had it 6 months. It has been in the shop 4 times for the same problem. Last time it was in the shop for 2 months! They won’t do anything to make it up to us. We have had several Hondas and they have always been reliable until now. This experience with poor customer service has soured us towards Honda. More
They missed up my paperwork made me sign on a different vin number (different car) and then fixed it couple days after the sale. I was driving with a different car’s paperwork! And the salesman didn’t make vin number (different car) and then fixed it couple days after the sale. I was driving with a different car’s paperwork! And the salesman didn’t make any effort for us (customers) to better serve us. The sales agent and the financial representative both on different occasions answered the phone while I was talking or in the middle of a conversation, without even apologizing afterwards. More

Sales rep upfront when we started looking that though the dealership does not increase the MSRP on a vehicle they require 4 add-ons be purchased. John took his time in informing us about the features and technology the car had. When we ordered the car we were told the price could increase slightly from the manufacturer.
