I had a great buying experience at first. The dealership was kind, responsive, and worked with me on the price for a used vehicle. However after purchasing the car and being told it passed a 100+ point inspection and specifically asking about the suspension and brakes. I had to have the the rear shocks and a rear caliper replaced within a week despite being told they had both been taken care of. There shouldn’t have been a doubt that both needed replacing by any tech and yet they sold me the vehicle and said it was perfect. I’m not sure if it was very low quality technicians or just a salesmen that lied. But I’m not happy with the aftermath, being polite doesn’t not make up for being dishonest. More
