The constant text messages, emails, and phonecalls to give a score on how they are doing is quite annoying. The day I was in, I got 2 calls within 90 minutes of the service being complete. I was at work, and to keep from being a third, I went through the survey at that time. Only to get more and more emails. I understand they want to get feedback and improve, and that's great for them to do, but in the words of Wayne on Letterkenny, "how 'bout you take it down about 30% there, Squirrely Dan." More

Couldn’t fix it because it was an after market remote starter after they said they would at check in. Got it removed another place and it was a genuine Honda part. I purchased a Honda from Randy Kuehl in 2006. I kept that vehicle 235,000 miles and had a very good experience with the purchase and service. Dealership was top notch. I went back to Randy Kuehl when I was ready to buy a car this year hoping to have another positive experience. I was unable to get a reasonable trade value for my old car so I sold it elsewhere and came back to the dealership and ordered a 2024 CR-V. There were no price concessions, and I ordered several options at full price. Jon Dugan gave me regular updates and he was superb with his customer service. When I picked the car up, I also agreed to the 150,000 mile service agreement and paid cash in full. Less than one week after pick up, I discovered that the running boards were an unnecessary option as the car isn't that high off the ground and I brushed my pant leg on the running board every time when exiting the vehicle. I called the dealership to have them removed. No complaints or request for a refund--I just wanted to eliminate the nuisance and be happy with the vehicle. I was told that this was no longer part of the delivery process and that this task would require a service appointment which prompted a transfer to the service department. It seemed that this was a very difficult request, and I was quoted a $387 estimate for simply removing the running boards. Really?? That's ridiculous in my opinion. Randy Kuehl prides itself on being locally owned and very customer friendly. My past experience was superb and I expended extra effort and money to re-establish a long-term relationship with a dealership truly interested in my satisfaction. I intend to keep this car a long time and will certainly return to Randy Kuehl for all of my service needs. My latest exchange has disappointed me. More
