I was leaving on an extended trip to Idaho departing on Wednesday, August 30, 2023. I submitted my Odyssey for the repair of the TPMS Warning indicator on Monday, August 28, 2023 That day I paid $166. The Wednesday, August 30, 2023. I submitted my Odyssey for the repair of the TPMS Warning indicator on Monday, August 28, 2023 That day I paid $166. The next day the warning indicator reappeared, I asked that the problem be fixed or I could have the repair performed in another Honda Service shop in Idaho. The Service Manager said they could not do it that day and no they would not refund my payment. The argument was that he had to check with Honda because they published the diagnostic procedures and they (Honda) were responsible. The service manager's explanation and argument were so outrageously convoluted and incomprehensible and I left the service facility confused, disappointed, and ANGRY. I consulted the Tom Scott Honda service facility in Nampa, Idaho and they could not comprehend the argument that I was presented. I will try again for satisfactory service when I return to Cedar Rapids on October 12, 2023. I will get my satisfaction with the repair or my money returned. More
