Tim responded to my online inquiry I made the night before about a suv on their website. The car market is tough right now- not very many to pick from and they sell fast. When I arrived the car was ready to go and Tim was very friendly- I came from doing yard work and looked less than able to afford this car 😅 but he did not treat me that way. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and not pushy at all. Because I had already been looking around I knew immediately aftwr driving it that I wanted to buy this car. I really think the entire purchase process including the drive and securing financing and driving away took less than an hour. We went through some additional add-on options quickly and without pressure. I appreciate the financing departments fast turn around as well. I love my new car and will be back when I'm ready for a new one. More

3 days ago NEW I did an inquiry online and within 20 minutes had a call from Mark McGlumphry at Randy Kuehl Honda. We made an appointment to go look at cars and Mark saw us walk up to a car and introduc minutes had a call from Mark McGlumphry at Randy Kuehl Honda. We made an appointment to go look at cars and Mark saw us walk up to a car and introduced himself. He was so pleasant to work with. He made us laugh, was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the car we really liked at a great price. He kept us informed after we left the dealership and was very easy to get a hold of. We came back the next day and our paperwork was all ready for us to sign as well as the car inside and cleaned.
