I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this was unacceptable. I ordered a bed cover with installation paid and they scheduled me for a morning install and said they didn’t have a loaner vehicle. unacceptable. I told them that I was very busy and that I would be willing to wait if it didn’t take too long. Plus the fact that I was driving an hour to come to them because I bought the truck from them and I would give them the business. I showed up and they took the truck right in. An hour and 10 min later I was on the phone and the service writer motioned me to come out. I went out and he explained that the bed cover was shipped to them without the box of hardware and when they got it set up on the truck is when they realized that so they couldn’t do the install. He then proceeds to explain that this was the 3rd one that they had received that was shipped without the hardware. So instantly I said wait, you knew there could be an issue of no hardware because of past orders and you knew that I was crunched for time and driving 1 hour to come see you and you didn’t check before telling me to come in. All I got was a “Sorry, the hardware will be in on Monday” and he handed me my keys. I most likely will cancel the order and get it done somewhere else. Very poor customer service. More
Biggest issue I have is that when an appointment is set for service, for example an oil change, took way too long to even wait on. Our truck makes us money and the longer the unit is out of service, the mo for service, for example an oil change, took way too long to even wait on. Dropped my car off on Friday for the appt on Monday. On Tuesday, I received a call asking me to reschedule my missed appt. I advised them it's been there on their lot for 4 days. I took it in because On Tuesday, I received a call asking me to reschedule my missed appt. I advised them it's been there on their lot for 4 days. I took it in because it didn't start. This usually means testing the battery, starter, or Solenoid. I already replaced the battery so there wasn't much testing to do. Tech confirmed it didn't start the first time he tried, but then told me it started every time after that. Instead of calling me, I waited 8 days until I became impatient and called for them to inform me it started the whole time. Because they didn't diagnose anything, they won't cover my tow bill. The car is still under warranty and maybe the warranty doesn't cover towing. I wouldn't know because I received ZERO communication from when I dropped the car off to when I finally picked it up 8 days later. ZERO. I had an awful experience and hope I never have to deal with clown show ever again. I wish I could give this a lower score than 1 star. More
