Randy Curnow replaced my equinox transmission under warranty. I had a burning smell of fluid leaking so I took it back to the dealership. They said the refurbished fluid had varnished (did they not se warranty. I had a burning smell of fluid leaking so I took it back to the dealership. They said the refurbished fluid had varnished (did they not service the used transmission before putting it in the car?) and charged me for a flush and did a tune-up. I started having a noise so took it to my trusted mechanic they found the transfer case had been nicked and all of the fluid had drained out. They suspected this happened when the transmission was changed. The transfer case cost me $3,000 to replace it. I called Randy Curnow to inquire and they said the transfer case has nothing to do with the transmission work they would not assist me, even though I took it in right after the transmission work for the burning fluid. I am very disappointed in the dealership that I trusted to take care of my vehicle and have purchased from in the past. I will not be back for service or to purchase a vehicle. More

Cheated my 92 year old dad out of $4000 for warrenty work My 92 year old Dad had his Buick towed to Randy Curnow when the transmission went out. The car had been serviced at the dealership for quite awhile a My 92 year old Dad had his Buick towed to Randy Curnow when the transmission went out. The car had been serviced at the dealership for quite awhile and Dad assumed they would treat him right. The work should have been paid for by the GMC Warranty that was current. Instead the dealership charged my Dad the full price for the repair and told him that he had to file paperwork with GM to recover his cost. My Dad filed the paperwork and died shortly after. I spent about 6 Months trying to get a refund for my 92 year old mother I checked with GM customer service as well as the GMC warranty folks who all said that Dad should never have had to pay anything for the work, that it was totally covered by warranty.. I talked with the service department manager and eventually directly with Randy Curnow and just got a run around. The dealership said it was the warranty (GMC) providers fault and kept putting me off saying they were trying to resolve the issue with the warranty provider. It took me threatening to complain to the Better Business Bureau before they finally issued a check. More

I checked in with Mr Josh Pauley who knew my name from the inital scheduling discussion. Mr Joe Dizmang managed my repair. He was friendly and profession. He created reasonable expectations and saw that they were met. While there I got a quote on a new set of tires from him. I will buy them from the Randy Curnow dealership because of the friendly and helpful spirit of their employees. I will seek their assistance with purchasing a new car in the near future. One of the best service experiences I have ever had! I also interfaced with Mr Mike McCabe and enjoyed meeting him. He is the kind of guy with whom I would like to play golf. The employees were all first rate. More
