Chevis was amazing. I drove from Colorado to look at this truck. Everything Chevis told me via email and pictures and conversations on the phone was exact. And super pleasant to work with. However the finance guy Bobby, made it feel like there was some trickery going on with financing and even more so with extended warranty cost. Was not happy at all with that. More than likely I will cancel extended warranty. Cost is double of what my friend in Colorado was charged on a 2024 3500 AT4 last month. Not sure how that can be. More

Bought a new truck here in 2022. Purchasing experience was average. That vehicle was totaled in an accident. It took 6-7 months just to cancel the extended warranty on the vehicle Purchasing experience was average. That vehicle was totaled in an accident. It took 6-7 months just to cancel the extended warranty on the vehicle only after stopping in multiple times to talk to the financing guy Bobby. I had a check engine light come on my new vehicle. I took my car here and paid for the diagnostic where they told me they ordered the part. Check back a month+ later and find out the part was never ordered and I have to get the diagnostic run again. I come back several months later for an oil change and ask about the part thinking it was still backordered and the part had been delivered and they never contacted me to setup an appointment. If you call the service department, they probably won't answer the phone. I usually make 3 calls before I can actually speak to someone who know anything about my vehicle. Who holds these people accountable for the constant lack of work being completed. More
