I walked onto the lot interested in looking at a couple of their used Sierras with low miles and well within my price range. I was greeted by a salesman named Lee who made me feel the entire time like I wa of their used Sierras with low miles and well within my price range. I was greeted by a salesman named Lee who made me feel the entire time like I was putting him out by showing me these trucks I was very interested in buying. After looking them over he asked if I wanted to go in and possibly talk about business and then take a test drive. When inside he tried to get me to sign a form that would have locked me into buying the truck if they were able to meet the payments I was looking for, however he failed to explain this until I dug deeper to find out what I was signing, even though I had told him I just wanted to see what we could work out and possibly look at payment-wise. When I refused to sign the form he asked a couple of very condescending questions about my seriousness in buying. After that he handed me his card and told me I should go look into the other options I had and if I was serious about doing business to come back and talk to him. I was never offered the test drive Lee told me about. I walked right out of there and drove to a Ford dealership, as I was interested in the F-150 as well, where I was greeted with a completely different experience. I ended up buying a truck that day from the other dealership because they ended up being so willing to work for me. To top it off, a week later I got a notification that they had submitted my credit application anyways and it had rejected, even though my application at Ford had no problems... so now I have that lovely "hit" on my credit report. I would never go back there, even if they were giving away cars and have told all of my friends and coworkers about the terrible experience I had! More
I was sold a Used ACADIA, which was overpriced but was gauranteed a Bumper to Bumper Waranty which was told covered EVERYTHING from BUMPER to BUMPER for a year or so many miles. However after taking the v gauranteed a Bumper to Bumper Waranty which was told covered EVERYTHING from BUMPER to BUMPER for a year or so many miles. However after taking the vehicle in for a check on somethings after a month- they tried charging for the check. Then after 5 months in I am charged for the hatch mechanism and now being charged for things that I asked to be checked the first time like a possible leak- and they want to charge me a few more thousand dollars to take care of the problem- which was told it would be cover in the bumper to bumper warrenty that we agreed on. I would not trust any words coming from this company on the basis of manipulating a gaurantee. More
I was very dissapointed with my experience with this dealership. The sales staff was friendly but the finance representative has a bit of an ego and his tactics are really a turn off. You just do not fe dealership. The sales staff was friendly but the finance representative has a bit of an ego and his tactics are really a turn off. You just do not feel like they really care if they have your buisness or not. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone and Im actually sad to say that. I have had positive experiences with them several years ago but it has really seemed to decline within the last few years. I left that lot and got the car I wanted at the terms I was comfortable with from another dealership where I actually felt they wanted to sell me a car. More
The lack of accountability as well as responsibility is an insult to your business due to the direct fact that he is a representative of a CAR dealership. He is a total crook and as a finance manager, not an insult to your business due to the direct fact that he is a representative of a CAR dealership. He is a total crook and as a finance manager, not only did he try to add additional finance charges, but he also tried to push an extended warranty without understanding my needs. In the economy we are in and the predicament that the auto industry is in I believe it is very unwise to put your business in jeopardy by using a dishonorable man who is only out to better serve himself and puts the customer on the back burner, if taking them into consideration at all. The main source of generating your income is by referral and there are too many other dealerships in this city for your business to put itself in danger because of his lack of respect, honesty, and credibility.
