Usually have a good experience with the service department but this one was not. Didn't even look at my car for a few days after I brought it in and didn't offer to help me out with loaner or anyth department but this one was not. Randy Curnow replaced my equinox transmission under warranty. I had a burning smell of fluid leaking so I took it back to the dealership. They said the refurbished fluid had varnished (did they not se warranty. I had a burning smell of fluid leaking so I took it back to the dealership. They said the refurbished fluid had varnished (did they not service the used transmission before putting it in the car?) and charged me for a flush and did a tune-up. I started having a noise so took it to my trusted mechanic they found the transfer case had been nicked and all of the fluid had drained out. They suspected this happened when the transmission was changed. The transfer case cost me $3,000 to replace it. I called Randy Curnow to inquire and they said the transfer case has nothing to do with the transmission work they would not assist me, even though I took it in right after the transmission work for the burning fluid. I am very disappointed in the dealership that I trusted to take care of my vehicle and have purchased from in the past. I will not be back for service or to purchase a vehicle. More
