My experience in buying a Jeep Overland from Randy Curnow was as easy as it gets! First, Shyanna answered my call after hours then came in on her day off to meet with me! Usually have a good experience with the service department but this one was not. Didn't even look at my car for a few days after I brought it in and didn't offer to help me out with loaner or anyth department but this one was not. Didn't even look at my car for a few days after I brought it in and didn't offer to help me out with loaner or anything. Had to call my salesman I work with to help me out. Would have picked up my car and gone somewhere else if I didn't have to use my extended warranty there More
