They made sure all my answered were answered before and after purchasing a vehicle from them. I felt like they treated me as a friend and not just a sale they were making. I have had very few good encounters at dealerships and I will say they are the best! I highly recommend going to them for your next vehicle purchase. More

DISHONEST This dealership will make all sorts of promises to you to get you to buy a car however, WATCH OUT, they will likely not make good on ANY of them. When This dealership will make all sorts of promises to you to get you to buy a car however, WATCH OUT, they will likely not make good on ANY of them. When I chose not to purchase a service plan the sales person, Alicia, completely flipped a switch from pushy sales person to outright rude. We actually couldn't believe her attitude towards us. I will say, I did have 1 good interaction and that was with Chevis Reid. Had any other dealership had the car I wanted, I would've gone anywhere else - and will do so in the future. More

They assured they would take care of it while we were signing papers. There was also a couple scratches they said they would take care of on a later date. On our way home the car still had a shake. Also, in the title description of the vehicle it had a remote start. We get home to find out it didn't have a remote start. We called up there to let them know the vehicle still had a shake and asked why the remote start wasn't working and we were told it didn't have a remote start. We then said again, well...the papers say it has remote start. So we took it back up to KC to get the shake fixed and the remote start installed, but it was supposed to come with it. They get the shake fixed and remote start put on. They also looked at something with the transmission shifting rough and jerking hard. They found nothing with the transmission. We come pick up the car and on our way home when we came to a stop the vehicles engine lost RPM and almost died. Then a couple days later the car does the same thing, lost RPM and almost died. So we called back up and spoke to Steve Isaac about it and he said the computer would store that information, even though the check engine light never came on, so not true. Then said something just didn't sound right and to bring the vehicle back. So we brough it back and they said they'd look at it. Called a few hours later and said it wasn't doing anything for them so asked if it was okay to keep the vehicle over the weekend to do a cold start to see if they can get it to do it for them. On Saturday Lee (the salesman) called and said the paint guy, who comes once a week, would be there Monday and since they had the car they'd have the professional touch it up so long as it didn't rain. So we told him where the 2-3 scratches on the trunk were and the spot on the driver door that was bubbled out. Monday comes around and the service department called and said the vehicle was ready and again, couldn't get the engine to act up like it had been for us and that the paint bay was being remodeled so no paint was done and wouldn't be able to until after May 1st. We set up the paint touch up for May 2nd. We come and get the car, the next day we were putting gas in and noticed that somebody had "touched up" the vehicle. ALL OVER THE ENTIRE VEHICLE. In spots we didn't even say we wanted touched up. It looked like a child went through and spider webbed the entire vehicle. It looked so horrible and we were LIVID. We call the dealership the next morning to tell them what happened and asked why we were never given paperwork on anyone ding paint, someone not certified went through and damaged the entire vehicle with their xxxx-poor job and why there was work done when we had an appointment set up. We wanted to know WHO ruined the paint job on the vehicle. They could never figure out who did it. They said they could "try" to fix the paint but it wouldn't be perfect. Umm...excuse me? You just ruined our car and you're saying you can't fix it? We did not want the car anymore. Out of the 2 weeks we owned it, we only drove it a week, was in the shop 3..4 times and they have people there working on vehicles and they don't know about it and aren't documenting it. The only option they gave us was to trade it in. OUT OF ALL THE TROUBLE WE WENT THROUGH, TRADE IT IN. We lost out on almost 6k for driving the vehicle not even 2 weeks. Then the other car we wanted had to be inspected and detailed because there was some type of stain on the head liner and side of the door. We were at the dealership for 8 hours and while they were "detailing" and inspecting the car we did paperwork. They bring the car around and the one spot I asked 6+ times to make sure they got it...they didn't even clean it. We were handed the title to the first car that day, which was Friday, and was told we had to register it the next day, on Saturday. Treasurer's office is closed on Saturday. On top of that, I asked the finance guy how long we had until we had to register the first vehicle since we were trading it in and he said the 60 days from when we bought it. Then they tell us we HAVE to do it or what we are doing is illegal and title jumping. I called the dealer and licensing office and they said it is not illegal nor title jumping if we are trading it back to them. They told us to drive the first vehicle until we can register it before we can take our new car we bought. I felt we were treated EXTREMELY poorly and they wanted to hold them putting a remote start in over our head when the vehicle was supposed to have it. I felt like they were annoyed that their vehicle had issues and wouldn't do anything better for us and made us stuck and lose out on a lot of money to benefit their pockets. We will never recommend anyone go to them and I wish we had never stepped foot onto their lot. They screwed us over and they don't give a crap or stand behind any of their work. Shady dealership. Cheated my 92 year old dad out of $4000 for warrenty work My 92 year old Dad had his Buick towed to Randy Curnow when the transmission went out. The car had been serviced at the dealership for quite awhile and Dad assumed they would treat him right. The work should have been paid for by the GMC Warranty that was current. Instead the dealership charged my Dad the full price for the repair and told him that he had to file paperwork with GM to recover his cost. My Dad filed the paperwork and died shortly after. I spent about 6 Months trying to get a refund for my 92 year old mother I checked with GM customer service as well as the GMC warranty folks who all said that Dad should never have had to pay anything for the work, that it was totally covered by warranty.. I talked with the service department manager and eventually directly with Randy Curnow and just got a run around. The dealership said it was the warranty (GMC) providers fault and kept putting me off saying they were trying to resolve the issue with the warranty provider. It took me threatening to complain to the Better Business Bureau before they finally issued a check. More
