This was my first service experience with Randy Curnow. Came in for an oil change and a driver's side puddle light malfunction. Got oil changed, the light had to be ordered. I told them I would come back Came in for an oil change and a driver's side puddle light malfunction. Got oil changed, the light had to be ordered. I told them I would come back same day around 5:45pm. Went to leave and they misplaced my wheel lock key. Took time to find it. Never got service paperwork to see what was completed or the results. I came back at 5:30 actually and was told that service was closed and I had to come back next day. I don't really live close so that's an issue. Came back next day to get part. Finally fixed as there was issue with voltage. Still never got service paperwork from the service tech Josh. Just not a very good experience the first time. More

I was noticeably impressed with Bugra Durukan who specializes in high dollar vehicles the moment I received a call form him. Purchasing an automobile from an unknown dealer and sales persons 400 mil specializes in high dollar vehicles the moment I received a call form him. Purchasing an automobile from an unknown dealer and sales persons 400 miles away is no small task but Mr. Durukan walked thru each step and was kind, informative, and took a no pressure approach which I greatly appreciated. He genuinely approached me with concern for all my questions, and he took what I felt extra effort to make sure I was completely at ease with the purchase. More
