I took my truck in for 4 different things to be diagnosed on or about September 9th, 2023. For 2 of them, the technician said he was going to order parts. Fast forward to September 26th, and the parts were n on or about September 9th, 2023. For 2 of them, the technician said he was going to order parts. Fast forward to September 26th, and the parts were never ordered. On the other 2 things I originally went in for, one was never diagnosed and the other, the technician stated that there was nothing wrong when there is. I am very disappointed in the service received. More
