The team lacks attention to detail and I’ve had to revisit for recurring issues multiple times. In addition to that, they have also caused issues due to poor workmanship and quality. The service contact has been accommodating, and supportive but the service management fails to follow through on actions committed by the service desk folks. An example is covering rental fees for the lack of having loaners on maintenance issues caused by the technicians. I’ve had to make multiple phone calls to rental agency, ford management folks and waste many hours dealing with their poor attention to detail, communication, and customer service. I love Ford and have had 3 explorers, two from this dealer, but this specific 2020 ST is plagued with reliability issues. Due to that, and having all of these experiences, my next explorer will not be purchased from this location. More
