This has nothing to do with Kelli in Service, but to the process that she has follow. I purchased the extended coverage on my f250. This truck has had numerous of little things go wrong. door wont open, process that she has follow. I purchased the extended coverage on my f250. This truck has had numerous of little things go wrong. door wont open, trimming on roof falls off, etc. When the truck is taken for service, it is a minimum of one week for ANYTHING. During that time, I am left without a vehicle. The main reason I bought the expensive contract was the simple fact that I would be given a loaner vehicle. Well, this has NEVER happen. I am being told that I need to pay out of my pocket for a sercvice that I paid for with the contract. I do not know why Randall Reed would not pay for this rental as you can not contractually fulfill your obligation of providing me a loaner vehicle. More

Let me start by saying that this is the third time I visited this place. The first time I came because of a recall. The second time they did not get around to check my car: too busy, I guess. Since the visited this place. The first time I came because of a recall. The second time they did not get around to check my car: too busy, I guess. Since then I noticed their cavalier mentality. They don't need my business. It's the Dealer, I get it. The third time I needed them to check 1 issue but since they had to keep it for 15 days (This, I still don't understand). I had them check the other 2 issues. Therefore, I was given a time frame for each issue: by the end of the week, 5- 7 days, and 15 days accordingly (in that order). I expected to be informed accordingly. It did not happen! I had to call several times. My calls were not returned. Then I found out the "Service consultant" was off the whole week. That week, I was supposed to be informed about the 5-7 days issue. Here I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. Silly me! (to put it nicely). What is the point of the service department to have a direct line if calls are not answered? Soon I learned that calls were only answered when transferred, so that's what I did- no issues there. I did hear from him the day I needed to pick up the vehicle. Also, I was not informed, verbally, about the fact that there was a cost per diagnostic when I dropped off the vehicle. I take some responsibility for that. It is what it is! I needed to have the car looked at. Now, I just hope I don't need to go back to that place!!! LIVE & LEARN! More
