I hate these ratings exercises but realize they can help. Most of the time I simply trash them but my last visit was made good by Steven Bishop. 1.5 week for a tailite issue. Then used my truck as a service truck and placed over 110 miles on it. They never did the two recalls that I ask that they do while they had it even though they told me the service truck and placed over 110 miles on it.
