The service advisor Jeff Stapp is refusing to warranty a chassis noise on my 8000 mile 2022 mustang GT claiming that the noise is normal. I've been battling this noise since I got the car and it gets worse chassis noise on my 8000 mile 2022 mustang GT claiming that the noise is normal. I've been battling this noise since I got the car and it gets worse in warm weather. This problem has existed since new and Jeff even tried to blame this noise on repairs I had to make to my vehicle (turn differential bushing) because THEY COULDN'T GET THE CAR IN FOR SERVICE. That service appointment took 14 weeks to get, they had the car for a month, and it was in worse shape when it returned. Anyhow, their technician (Chris Thompson) found the noise immediately and induced it with HIS HAND while sitting in the back seat by pushing on part of the chassis. So a man can move the chassis of my car enough to make a noise which explains why any use of the car at all makes the noise happen. Jeff says that this persistent creaking happening all the time in mustangs is normal. Does Ford Motor Company feel the same way? The other side of the trunk doesn't do the same thing. why is it just in one spot? If its normal why does it get worse with hot weather? Here are the situations where the chassis creaks like a wooden ship: 1. slowly put weight on trunk opening 2. lightly press on right side of trunk opening by latch 3. release the clutch to start moving forward 4. release the clutch start moving in reverse 5. turn a corner 6. press on the panel labeled NOISE in the trunk with your hand 7. pull on the panel labeled NOISE in the trunk with your hand 8. open the trunk, let it fully open, lightly press the trunk lid so that the right hinge, fully extended, pulls up on the mounting location 9. drive the car at steady speed under load over uneven pavement 10. drive over a speed bump 11. back out of the garage or driveway They have been nothing but difficult every step of the way and I believe are not wanting to mess with this because it will not be profitable. By the way, they failed to find and resolve this the first time they had it. Jeff asked me to bring the car back after I noticed the work the body shop did left my car in worse shape than when i dropped it off. They also damaged the steering wheel with something that left a jagged rip in the leather. I have tried to not post this review but Jeff insists this is normal. it is not. maybe ford will say the Ford Mustang should creak and groan in its chassis with every oscillation it goes through. I can't put the car into reverse without hearing the chassis creak from the trunk. More

Took my F150 for service and it came out worst! Lost a couple of jobs since I’m a contractor! Had to take the truck back since it started acting up .
