Good & Bad service I went in for a oil change and some routine maintenance. They told me I needed a new belt and would do it while servicing the vehicle. Waited around I went in for a oil change and some routine maintenance. They told me I needed a new belt and would do it while servicing the vehicle. Waited around and after a few hrs they said the belt was lost and it would be another hour to get it from another location again. After skipping it at that point their checkout service would not work. Stood around for another 20min until they just did a paper authorization. Then they charged my credit card twice. Usually this location has good service but they definitely have to tighten things up. More

Unresponsive, no communication, no service "Booked" my vehicle in for a diagnosis and repair of an ABS issue. Tim told me to take the truck in the next day and they would look at it. They didn "Booked" my vehicle in for a diagnosis and repair of an ABS issue. Tim told me to take the truck in the next day and they would look at it. They didn't look at the vehicle for more than a day and a half. I called and the technicians mailbox was full. Passed on messages to call back with no response until pushed very hard. Was told pm on day 1 that vehicle would be looked at the next morning. Called in the afternoon (multiple times to get a response) and vehicle still hadn't been looked at. Techs voicemail was full so no way to contact other that switchboard every time. They just pass on the call then hang up and it goes to a voicemail box that's full. Very service orientated. I have no issue if you are backed up and can't get to my vehicle, just tell me. Don't make up crap and tell me you'll get to it first thing. Truck would still be there if I hadn't pulled it. More

Service Department Problems after purchase New vehicle needed minor paint touch ups, scratch removal and console door fixed upon purchase. Service dept took order wrong and vehicle in worse co New vehicle needed minor paint touch ups, scratch removal and console door fixed upon purchase. Service dept took order wrong and vehicle in worse condition upon pickup. I have bought many Fords in my lifetime and have never had a worse experience. Do not trust them with my car. More
