With so few customers there it took 2 hours for an oil change. All the people there were pleasant and professional except for the man that drove the car out after they finished the maintenance. He cleaned out the cover sheets handed me my keys and I was off. On entering the freeway the hood started to vibrate and bounce up and down. I took the next exit to shut the hood down completely.
