Our management team takes customer feedback very seriously and has looked into your concerns. While we always strive to assist customers as quickly as possible with quality auto repairs, we do require customer authorization before any work is performed. It's documented that the collision repair team reached out multiple times over the course of 3 weeks but was unable to initially reach you. We understand that waiting for a vehicle can be frustrating, unfortunately, not having the authorization caused a significant delay. Re: the seats and door handle, we are happy to further review this with you, but we do take photos and document a vehicle's current condition and to note any issues. All of the stated concerns are showing to be pre-existing, including the Ford cap, though it was located in the vehicle and was corrected per management. Above and beyond that, our team is always seeks to do all we can to assist you with your auto needs to help ensure your satisfaction.
