I had my truck in for service for a whole day. Found out at the end of the day they didn't even have the part to fix it !!!. A day I had to have other people pick me up and drop me off. . So we ended up d at the end of the day they didn't even have the part to fix it !!!. A day I had to have other people pick me up and drop me off. . So we ended up dropping it off another day. It was repaired but there was some confusion about the air bags . The truck was in once for the passenger side air bag recall. Then again for the driver side. I had to remind the service desk several time witch side needed to be replaced. The driver side I was with out transportation on two different occasions plus arranging transportation. I figured a free oil change would make this write. Billy the sales person that sold me the car was very sympathetic. He tried to get me in to see the owner to no avail. I just can't give them a positive rating just because of the service department. More
Bought a 2011 Cadillac CTS from them in July, 2021 and the very next day a check-engine light came on. After back-and-forth with the salesman and service manager (the salesman who sold me the car will go the very next day a check-engine light came on. After back-and-forth with the salesman and service manager (the salesman who sold me the car will go to bat for you here) they looked at it and it was found to be a bad catalytic converter. Late this spring, my car was repaired by Alex Weatherford in your Collision dept. He was always pleasant and professional, doing a great job in a timely manner. If I could give this dealership a lower rating I would. Purchased my vehicle there on April 12, 2021. Negotiated a deal which included putting decals on my vehicle. After numerous calls I finally got de Purchased my vehicle there on April 12, 2021. Negotiated a deal which included putting decals on my vehicle. After numerous calls I finally got decals put on June 26th. When i picked up the car my wife noticed decal on hood was not aligned. After attempting to get a hold of our sale man (Peter) to no avail, finally talked to Amanda Patterson who put us in touch with Jeremy, sales manager. Took the car back in, Jeremy promised to have decal removed and new one put on as well as having a white pin strip put around it. After waiting another 3 weeks, no call from dealership as to when they would be removing and replacing decal I called Amanda again. Again put in contact with Jeremy who stated decals were in, but he would have to call us right back and let us know when they could put them on. Needless to say no phone call back. Waited 24 hours went to dealership and confronted him. He denied ever saying they would put the pin strip on. Left dealership went to a body shop had them look at decal to remove. Body shop owner pointed out that Randall Ford had used a razor blade to shave off part of the misaligned decal, and my paint would be damaged under decal. I didn't buy a new vehicle to have my hood damaged. They have already put two nicks in paint. Once they get your money they could care less about customer service. More
We recently purchased a pre-owned Ford. It was still under factory warranty and had a cataclysmic failure requiring a new engine block. We were travelling at the time and Randall was the closest dealer under factory warranty and had a cataclysmic failure requiring a new engine block. Blake, in the service dept., was extremely helpful and kept us informed throughout the entire process, even helping with the rental car. This has always been a great place to do business. More

I have used the Service Department at Randall Ford since buying my first Expedition in 1997. I bought my 2011 Expedition new from them and will continue to use them.
