Randall has always been may service dealer since I was asked not to bring my f250 back in Sallisaw Ok. My first vehicle was bought at Randall Ford in 1978 f150 4 x 4. i bought a jeep from randall ford 2 months ago when i was going to buy they were really good trying to show very professional customer services the car i was intrested to buy they told me the price and add e going to buy they were really good trying to show very professional customer services the car i was intrested to buy they told me the price and add extended warrenty and some other stuff they suppose to give me a discount but ended up more then orignal price but i bought it they checked everything i came home after couple days front screen washer was not working i call them they said oh sorry we didnt check properly bring it back they fixed that i asked make everything alright thet said everything alright now after few days battery was died call them again and now my car transmission light came on and i call them they said take to jeep dealership they so rude and unprofessional people i have alot to pay and totally crap car i haev really bad experience with them they just ripping off More

I had my truck in for service for a whole day. Found out at the end of the day they didn't even have the part to fix it !!!. A day I had to have other people pick me up and drop me off. . So we ended up d at the end of the day they didn't even have the part to fix it !!!. A day I had to have other people pick me up and drop me off. . So we ended up dropping it off another day. It was repaired but there was some confusion about the air bags . The truck was in once for the passenger side air bag recall. Then again for the driver side. I had to remind the service desk several time witch side needed to be replaced. The driver side I was with out transportation on two different occasions plus arranging transportation. I figured a free oil change would make this write. Billy the sales person that sold me the car was very sympathetic. He tried to get me in to see the owner to no avail. I just can't give them a positive rating just because of the service department. More

Bought a 2011 Cadillac CTS from them in July, 2021 and the very next day a check-engine light came on. After back-and-forth with the salesman and service manager (the salesman who sold me the car will go the very next day a check-engine light came on.
