The dealership conned me into paying $3500 down then signed me up for a $3000 gap insurance & $970 warranty. I requested to cancel & the validate all of this- they basically ignored. I requested ALL details in their files on my behalf- also ignored. Nothing was described conspicuously- and he even forged my signature (due to electronically signing) on the last document stating the dealership is in charge of APR. the original deal said I had to pay $1200 down- they continued to go up. Now I’m in a contract in which was illegal to begin with- they would have known that had they studied the laws of contracts/ loans. They also ran my credit 11 times and my husbands 22 times with only ONE form of consent that legally allows ONE run to happy. More

i bought a jeep from randall ford 2 months ago when i was going to buy they were really good trying to show very professional customer services the car i was intrested to buy they told me the price and add e going to buy they were really good trying to show very professional customer services the car i was intrested to buy they told me the price and add extended warrenty and some other stuff they suppose to give me a discount but ended up more then orignal price but i bought it they checked everything i came home after couple days front screen washer was not working i call them they said oh sorry we didnt check properly bring it back they fixed that i asked make everything alright thet said everything alright now after few days battery was died call them again and now my car transmission light came on and i call them they said take to jeep dealership they so rude and unprofessional people i have alot to pay and totally crap car i haev really bad experience with them they just ripping off More
