Randy at Randall Ford is an absolute joke in the service department. He sucks at customer service And his job which is managing the service department. This will be the third time I’ve brought my truck there for warranty work the first two times I got up on my day off and brought it in at seven in the morning only for them to tell me they couldn’t get to it that week. So now we’re on the third week I dropped it off at 7 AM again and come Wednesday at 9 AM they call me and inform me that they have not even started and won’t be able to get to it until next week. Again, Randy at the service department is an absolute joke. It does not care about you or your vehicle.. This guy should not be working someone at our customer service is absolutely necessary More
