I recently purchased a new F150 from this dealership and was very disappointed with my experience. The Sales / finance team did not deliver on what they promised me to get me to get the deal done. As soon a was very disappointed with my experience. The Sales / finance team did not deliver on what they promised me to get me to get the deal done. As soon as the deal was done they were done with me. I tried calling the General Manager a couple of times to let him know about my Experience to set if he could help, but I was never able to reach him. I was always transferred to the Sales Manager who had no interest in honoring what was promised to me before signing the final paperwork. I have purchased many new vehicles and this is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend buying from a different dealership. More

Randy at Randall Ford is an absolute joke in the service department. He sucks at customer service And his job which is managing the service department. This will be the third time I’ve brought my truck ther department. He sucks at customer service And his job which is managing the service department. This will be the third time I’ve brought my truck there for warranty work the first two times I got up on my day off and brought it in at seven in the morning only for them to tell me they couldn’t get to it that week. So now we’re on the third week I dropped it off at 7 AM again and come Wednesday at 9 AM they call me and inform me that they have not even started and won’t be able to get to it until next week. Again, Randy at the service department is an absolute joke. It does not care about you or your vehicle.. This guy should not be working someone at our customer service is absolutely necessary More
