I was very pleased with everything regarding this transaction. I was literally in and out in about an hour, having traded in a used mini van and purchased a used 2013 Limited Explorer. I traded in a vehicle recently because of issues I was having with it, and got into a used vehicle. Within just 48 hours I was experiencing some fairly major issues such as the vehicle leaking oil, check having with it, and got into a used vehicle. Within just 48 hours I was experiencing some fairly major issues such as the vehicle leaking oil, check engine light on, heater not working, gas guage malfunctioning, and a couple minor issues. Granted this is a used vehicle, I expect some hiccups to happen, but I THOUGHT since I had had it less than a full week I could get some sort of help getting this clearly major PRE-EXISTING issue fixed. I have been waiting over two weeks to get a mere service call to get the ball rolling on this heap, but I keep just getting the run-around with "we'll call you back" and otherwise. I will never purchase another vehicle from Randall Ford, and I will never reccommend anyone do so. Thank you, Randall Ford, for providing excellent customer service and a quality vehicle to a "valued customer". Never again. More
My wife and I just bought a 2008 Ford Edge Limited from Randall Ford and we love it. Nice and roomy, a comfortable ride with plenty of storage in the back, (and no "doughnut" wheel!). Everybody we talked to was very friendly, helpful and professional, including the employees who were not directly involved in our purchase. They let us test drive the car for a couple of days and walked us through the sales agreement. It was a very pleasurable experience and we recommend them highly. More
