Does not offer a wait option for service. Took my vehicle in for a recall notice and was informed, after the inspection, that they would have to order the components. On the day of the appointment the service department informed me that they had no record of my vehicle having been there previously and I will have to have it inspected again despite showing the text notifications sent from them. The good folks at Randall scheduled my truck for service at my home expediently. The van showed up the following day and the two man crew rotated my tires, changed the oil, checked the batteries and fluids, at my home expediently.
