Satisfied Customer I got a quote on line. Went to the dealer to check the car out. I had chosen a manual instead of automatic, my mistake! I was shown another car, which I got a quote on line. Rod is very knowledgeable, honest, and completely unpretentious. He believes in the product, so if you say you're also looking at competitive vehicles he'll encourage you to test drive them (although he may invite you to take a look at Consumer Report's comparison of all wheel drive performance across brands). When it comes to the negotiating table, Rod will work with you to get a fair price and a good value for your trade-in (much better than the "wholesale" value most big city dealers try to push on you), and he's great about showing you all of the features of your car. In short, Rod is the most honest salesmen I've ever met, and actually cares about you walking away happy with the car that's right for you at a price you can afford. Ask for Rod and you won't be let down. More

Outstanding Service is an understatement On our way to church Sunday August 14th. 2016 an "check engine light" appeared. Investigaton indicated a serious issue which resulted in our 2015 Sub On our way to church Sunday August 14th. 2016 an "check engine light" appeared. Investigaton indicated a serious issue which resulted in our 2015 Subaru Forester, purchased in August 2014, being towed to R.G.Motors the next morning; our vehicle was returned September 29th. some 47 days later. We required a rental vehicle during that time. Several thousand dollars in costs were incurred, i.e., towing, parts, labor, the aforementioned rental. R.G.Motors absorbed All costs. We find this to be amazing, true this replacement part was still under warranty and the lengthy delay was due to a replacement part being unavailable; but still Amazing. Rancho Grande Motors is at the very top of our all-time list with regard to Service. Service Advisor Jon Bleau kept us informed with timely updates and made all necessary arrangements.
