In my opinion Tom Watson is the heart and soul of Rancho Grande Motors and their Cadillac division. Tom has always treated me with the up-most respect and professionalism. He has shown sincere concern with Grande Motors and their Cadillac division. Tom has always treated me with the up-most respect and professionalism. He has shown sincere concern with the issues and problems I've had with my 2004 CTS. Tom is the main reason I refer my real estate client new to the area to Rancho Grande Motors. The two points of concern or improvements I would like to see at Rancho Grande Motors. One is Price, the economy has changed and people are always looking for a better deal and in today’s economy it appears to me that the companies offering more for less than their competitors are the ones thriving. Price is always going to be a concern for me and my quest for best bang with my dollar. The second item is that Rancho Grande Motors use to wash you car or at least give you a free car wash certificate. This was very beneficial when my cars was at the shop overnight and not cover by the rain. No one wants to get their car back from paying $$$ to get it repaired and it returned to them filthy from being left in the rain or weather elements. If you going to ask to get paid top dollar you better return a top dollar experience. Besides the above items mentioned, Rancho is a top-notch auto dealership and service provider under the helm of people like Tom Watson. More

The service is horrible at this dealership. When I arrived, they did not have my appointment loaded in their system. Johnny in the service department was completely unconcerned about fixing my car an arrived, they did not have my appointment loaded in their system. Johnny in the service department was completely unconcerned about fixing my car and commented that “it could take all day to reprogram my OnStar.” I opted to not do business with this dealership and would advise everyone else to beware of their rude behavior. After taking my car in to fix a blower motor problem which powers the fan inside the vehicle for the air conditioning, I was told on the phone by the service advisor that i needed $2300 in recommended which powers the fan inside the vehicle for the air conditioning, I was told on the phone by the service advisor that i needed $2300 in recommended maintenance, including the repair of "a leaking valve cover which was causing oil to leak into the spark plugs." After my own inspection of the vehicle, it is clearly visible there that is absolutely no oil leakage, nor is there a drop of oil anywhere near the spark plugs or wires on either end. I highly recommend that no one go to this dealer for service. More
