Caring Effective and Kind Steve and Marcus in the service department helped us during a time of high stress. We were trying to get to a wedding and our 2003 Wagon had conked ou Steve and Marcus in the service department helped us during a time of high stress. We were trying to get to a wedding and our 2003 Wagon had conked out. They got us a great loaner, and we made our friend’s wedding. The sad part was that Steve had to break the news the following day to tell us that a new motor was required, We knew that the a/c was acting up and thought maybe that might have overheated and stalled the engine, So much for self-diagnosis, but the best memories are of excellent service above and beyond the call of duty.. Sometimes things don't go as planned. My experience with this service center has always been very good. This time, it was less than what I expected and I'm hoping it was just a major blip My experience with this service center has always been very good. This time, it was less than what I expected and I'm hoping it was just a major blip. Not much seemed to go right with the timing of the repair. I was left with a loaner car when I was supposed to be leaving for a trip. What I thought would be a one-day repair lasted six days. Communication is key. Keep customers aware of the status of their repair. More
