I had a loaner car for the service and was extremely happy with the service. There were some difficulties with the tire replacement, as a tire had to be ordered. I was offered a donut spare, which i refused, but no loaners were available. This caused a significant inconvenience for a couple of days. However, the bigger issue was the warranty on the tire. Another service adviser told me there was no warranty [the tires were purchased at another Volvo dealer the year before and the tire replaced under warranty a few months prior]. However, when i sat down with your service rep, Steve and explained the circumstances, he was able to confirm a warranty and avoid paying the full amount for a new tire [quoted about $100 more than the cost per tire when i bought a set of four]. This had been a frustrating couple days. It is Steve's personality and service that keeps me as a loyal customer to your dealership. More

Ramsey to the Rescue I was traveling through NJ heading home to NH when the check engine light came on. I called my home Volvo dealer to ask for advise. They recommended s I was traveling through NJ heading home to NH when the check engine light came on. I called my home Volvo dealer to ask for advise. They recommended stopping at the nearest Volvo for a diagnostic check. I visited the first two closest dealerships in route and was told to come back next week. Then I arrived at Ramsey. It was a totally different experience. Rather than being turned away, I was welcomed, offered beverages and snacks. Diagnostics were performed on my S80, the problem was identified, and the repair parts were available. My car was expertly repaired, washed and vacuumed and I was on my way to NH thanks to the Ramsey team. And special tanks to Service Consultant Stephen Coronato who kept me well informed throughout the process. More
