It was useless I went to Ramsey Volvo service after traction light lit up on my instrument cluster. I have scanned for code and found out that communication to DEM w I went to Ramsey Volvo service after traction light lit up on my instrument cluster. I have scanned for code and found out that communication to DEM was lost. I have relayed that info to the service advisor before technician took my car in. One hour later tech came out and told me that he got the same code and communication to DEM was lost. He told me that it may take several hours in order to find the problem. I've paid for an hour and left without finding out any new info. After leaving Ramsey Volvo I went to an Auto Repair shop I know and it took their mechanic exactly 10 minutes to find the problem. How does your certified Volvo tech can't do in an hour what an outside mechanic did in 10 minutes? More
