I was taken back because he insisted that he needed the insurance declaration in order to provide me with a loaner. I’ve been going to this dealer for 5 years without this request for an insurance declaration page being an absolute requirement in order to be given a loaner car. I was not happy to say the least. Very welcoming service staff! Very courteous and very welcoming staffs. I didn't buy the car from here but I wish they had the car I was looking for. Long story short, for my wife's Volvo XC90 Hybrid, I would have to wait over 2 weeks to get a loaner from another Volvo dealer. Service dept staff located a loaner right away and I came for warranty service. Dashboard, sun roof, 2nd row lever, key fob and etc. All serviced and corrected within 3 business days. Dropped off the car with Steve, he helped to manage to fix my wife's xc90 in few days. Very happy with quick service. I would probably replace my Lexus RX450H with a Volvo hybrid. More

I only gave 4 stars for Friendliness, because the manager NEVER smiles or even says hello. Since we're sitting there waiting for service doesn't he even think that perhaps we might come back for another car, lease or purchase? A little customer service and a smile goes a long way. More
