My husband and I went to 6 dealership and finallly went to Ramsey volvo when by phone beat the price a previous car dealer gave us. We were lucky to meet Gary Parker who was very professional,straighforwar to Ramsey volvo when by phone beat the price a previous car dealer gave us. Stan Rosen was professional and knowledgeable about the Volvo product. Answered all my questions without putting presure on me to buy the car. He was very helpful in determining what I needed in the car ( Volvo product. Answered all my questions without putting presure on me to buy the car. He was very helpful in determining what I needed in the car ( safty was my first concern). Stan explained the overall safty feature about the car. Second was either lease or buy! (We bought). The overall experience in buying a car can be a headache and you can get the complete run around at dealerships. Not here!! They work with you without the head spinning tricks..... The experience was different from other places. No presure, very helpful sales people and the process to do all the paper work went smooth. This is a no presure, no hassel dealership from the time you walk in the door until the time you come to pick up your car. I test drove the car twice and am satified I purchase a Volvo. I will recommend this dealership and Stan to all my friend who are interested in purchasing or leasing a Volvo. Thank you for a quality product and dealing with an experiece salesman like Stan! I came to Ramsey Volvo, hoping to trade in my 2001 Volvo XC70 for a 2008 XC90, but Stan Rosen, helped me to understand that the XC90 really wasn't the right car for me. He was straightforward and open, and XC70 for a 2008 XC90, but Stan Rosen, helped me to understand that the XC90 really wasn't the right car for me. He was straightforward and open, and turned my attention towards a 2008 XC70. He spent plenty of time talking to me about the car, explaining the features, and answering all of my questions. He was very easy to deal with, and I never felt pressured to make a decision faster than I was comfortable. Ultimately, I got the 2008 XC70, got a good price for my 2001, and feel very good about the process overall, and the car I ended up with. I would recommend Ramsey Volvo and Stan Rosen very highly.
