I test drove many different brands and models at lots of different locations - had a mixed bag of good and bad experiences which made the process was a bit intimidating. But when I met Adam, he was so kind, patient, knowledgeable and down to earth. I had met with him a few times during my process to try a few different Subaru models. He was always available for my questions, and made the car buying process feel pretty good. It's worth noting that I live in Jersey City and had negative experiences at the Subaru location by me, which made it totally worth the 40 minute drive to Ramsey so that I could work with Adam- someone who is trustworthy and helpful!
