The place was clean, the staff was friendly as can be and Charles was beyond helpful. I came the first time to try out a used Outback but I wound up preferring a new Forester. He took his time talking to me about everything with the car, let me drive on both the busy roads and the dead roads and pointed out everything new in the car I'd never had in my old car. He kept in contact with me during the time my car was in transportation to Ramsey Subaru, keeping me updated on the financing, the car itself, and the process. The other man who helped me, Matthew (I forgot his last name), was just as attentive and thorough when explaining the car to me and letting me drive it.
