Was very easy to get my car in to get fixed and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. They also made an exception with my warranty considering I was only a few miles off, which was amazing of t me updated throughout the whole process. My second Outback purchased from this dealer (Mike P and Stan V were tremendous!!). Since this is one of the biggest one (if not the biggest) in NJ, you have more choices and good pricing. Agreed to follow up with fixing a few dings, scratches on my CPO and extremely helpful in resolving issues. Really difficult to "trust" a dealer (e.g., my wife's Acura purchase at a local dealer was horrible and will never go back there - we actually drive farther to another dealer to get it serviced:-) ) but Ramsey is definitely my first choice if / when I buy yet another Subie. Have not experienced their service yet but will do so soon (for first free oil change, spark plugs, brake fluid flush, etc.). More
