The representative that signed us in was very helpful, and went out of her way to make phone calls to insurance co. She was very knowledge, professional and vey patient . Everything went smoothly! We were reminded of the time, allowed to bring the car in the night before and it was done by 9:30 the next morning! Perfect. My one suggestion would be that when there is an up allowed to bring the car in the night before and it was done by 9:30 the next morning! Perfect. Catalytic converter replaced due to recall. I had reported that there was an engine noise & was told that replacing the catalytic converter would fix it. I needed to bring it back a 2nd time for ball reported that there was an engine noise & was told that replacing the catalytic converter would fix it. I needed to bring it back a 2nd time for ball bearings to be replaced because the noise continued. This should have been checked the 1st time I was there. $1K for ball bearings on a car with under 60,000 miles.....not what I expect. Car was not washed w/oil change. Just not the service we expected. More
