There was a minor hiccup at the end with an additional accessory that was ordered, but was missing a few days prior to completing the purchase. Michael was able to rush the order and have the accessory installed prior to picking up the vehicle. The only negative of the experience was the pressure from another associate to purchase the extended warranty on the vehicle. I doubt that Subaru would put a product out to market that is going to breakdown after the three year warranty expires. If the extended warranty was such a great deal then logic would follow that they expect issues after the 3 year mark, and if they do expect issues why are they not charging a higher price for the extended warranty. In the end, my wife and I were in and out with a relatively seamless transaction. I would recommend Ramsey to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle in the future. More

My recent experience with Al Cisneros was by far the best experience I have ever had a dealership, and im not just saying that because he helped me out with the price(which was great) but he always kept in contact with me to let me know what is going on with my car. That to me is the true meaning of customer service, that feeling of knowing my car was in good hands. It was great knowing i had someone there looking out for me and helped me out to the best of his abilities.
