Best new car buying experience in 35 years I'm not easy to get a good review out of that being said Alex Petrushin had made the experience a pleasure to do business with him and the Ramsey Suba I'm not easy to get a good review out of that being said Alex Petrushin had made the experience a pleasure to do business with him and the Ramsey Subaru dealership his no hassle pricing was easy to work with even when I told him I didn't want to come to the dealership since it was a bit of a ride he did everything through e-mail. When we went to the dealer to pick up the car everything was ready we finished the paper work and we were on our way in less then 1.5 hours we had our new Forester as Alex said we don't get paid to be there he does. Even during Alex's busy night he took the time to take my wife and myself out side and go over ever button set up the blue tooth with my wife's phone and then even opened the hood and showed us the engine area and explained how easy it is to service our new vehicle. In 35 years of buying new cars not one dealer or sales rep ever took the time to show us these type of things. Not only did Alex do all of these thing for us he then went above and beyond with a followup email asking if we had any questions on any of the accessories or buttons in our new Forester. I would highly recommend Alex and the Ramsey dealership to anyone looking for a new car. We shopped at 5 other dealers and we could not get a solid price or straight answer for the vehicle. I received lots of: well the car has this and that so its gonna be more or we can't get the exact model you are asking for or I need to talk to my manager to get a final price or we don't have the color is that important to you if the color wasn't important we wouldn't have requested a specific color?I never heard any of that from Alex we told him what we wanted he said give me a few minutes and I will get back to you 13 minutes later we had a price with all the taxes dealer prep destination charges everything was includes except the license plates that he told us at that time would be extra depending on if we needed new plates and where we were from. I was that easy. No other dealer came close to his price or his professionalism. We will certainly be buying our next car from him. Even the Finance guy Shane Chiuchilo was excellent also he didn't do any high pressure sales at the end for us to buy anything else as every other dealer has in the past. PS we have several Subaru dealers within 12 miles of us and one only 3.6 miles from us and we drove 30 miles to deal with Alex well worth the drive!!! Paul P. More

Believe me, I had been lied to, double-talked, and given mis-information by Honda and another Subaru dealership closer to me but it was worth the wait and the drive from CT to NJ to get a car from Alex. I had also been to Honda, Nissan, and Ford among other dealers and none as professional and easy to work with as Alex at Ramsey Subaru. I highly recommend Alex and Ramsey Subaru.
